The first thing that got my attention was the sound track, which in my opinion fits the movie very well, and the characters face expressions, which kind of remind me of "WALL-E". I am by no means a "connoisseur", and as a regular Joe I'm just gonna say "i did not waste 30 min of my life watching this".
The story is very touchy and beautiful, as long as you don't relate it to human beings. I don't know if the writer intended the relationship to be so "one-sided" or just wanted to show how far someone (something) would go in the name of love. I guess its up to each individual to interpret it however it wants, and in the end how you see this story is how you see love.
